Guided Imagery/Visualization—Gently guides the mind into a relaxed calm state promoting reduction of pain, anxiety, and stress. Topics focused on are pain, fatigue, depression, grief, stress, and well-being. Guided imagery enhances personal awareness and improves psychological coping skills and results in regaining empowerment.
Rhythmic Breathing—Learning nature's way of breathing. Conscious, focused breathing can help issues such as anger, fear, and depression; which affect us physically and mentally.
